rb444's Commitment to Responsible Gaming
rb444 believes gaming should be fun and in control. Our tools and guidelines are here to help you always play within the right limits.
Why Is Responsible Gaming So Important?
Online gaming is a great experience when enjoyed as a form of entertainment. But losing control can have a negative impact on your personal and family life. rb444 always wants every player on our platform to stay safe, informed, and aware of their own limits.
We firmly believe that gaming is entertainment only — it is not a source of income or a solution to financial problems. If you ever feel that gaming is getting out of control, reach out to us right away. rb444's responsible gaming policy is designed with Bangladeshi players in mind.
On this page you will learn how to set deposit limits, use self-exclusion, take a time-out, and get support when you need it. Remember — rb444 is always here for you.
Our Tools for Your Protection
rb444 offers several practical tools to help you play responsibly.
Set Deposit Limits
Decide in advance how much you will deposit daily, weekly, or monthly. Once a limit is set, it stays active automatically and protects you from overspending. This is one of the most effective steps you can take to protect yourself.
Time-Out
If you want to stop playing for a few days, use the Time-out feature. Your account can be temporarily suspended for a set period. During this time, logging in or placing bets will not be possible.
Self-Exclusion
If you feel gaming is having a negative effect on your life, use self-exclusion to close your account for an extended period. This decision is entirely yours; rb444 respects and supports you in taking this step.
Bet Amount Limit
Restrict how much you wager over a given period. This setting can be configured from your account and applies to any game — from slots to live casino.
Awareness and Self-Assessment
Review your own gaming habits. Pay attention to how long you play, how much money you spend, and how you feel after playing. rb444 recommends that every player regularly assess their own behaviour.
Support Services
Contact us anytime via our 24/7 live chat or email. Our support team responds in both Bengali and English. We are always here for any concern or question you may have.
Recognise the Signs of Problem Gaming
If any of the following applies to you or someone you know, it is time to seek support.
Warning Signs
- Chasing losses by placing bigger bets to win back money
- Difficulty stopping, feeling restless or on edge
- Hiding gaming from family or friends
- Spending money meant for daily needs or bills on betting
- Feeling irritable or frustrated when unable to game
- Gaming causing harm to your work, studies, or relationships
- Repeatedly setting limits but not sticking to them
Core Principles of Responsible Gaming
Following these principles keeps gaming a fun experience at all times.
- Set a budget before you play and do not go beyond that limit.
- See gaming as entertainment, not as a source of income.
- Take regular breaks — avoid playing for long stretches at a time.
- Avoid gaming when you are stressed or feeling low.
- Always put spending time with family and friends first.
- Remember: losing is normal — the outcome of any game is never guaranteed.
- Do not game under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
- Only those aged 21 and above are eligible to game at rb444.
The 21+ Age Requirement
rb444 is for individuals aged 21 and above only. Age is verified at the time of account registration and proof of identity may be requested at any time. It is our responsibility to keep minors completely away from gaming.
If there are children or teenagers in your home, make sure they cannot access your account. Keep your password private and make it a habit to log out. Using parental control software is also an effective step.
Important Notice
No one under the age of 21 is allowed to play at rb444. If you are aware of a minor using this platform, please notify our support team immediately.
How to Use the Safety Tools
These tools can be easily activated from your rb444 account settings.
Log In to Your Account
First, go to the rb444 Login page and access your account. All settings can be managed from your profile.
Open the Responsible Gaming Menu
Look for the "Responsible Gaming" section in your profile settings. There you will find options for deposit limits, bet limits, time-out, and self-exclusion.
Set Your Limits
Enter your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit as a monetary amount. If you want to change it, you will need to wait a set period — this prevents impulsive changes.
