1. Introduction & Acceptance

3. Age Verification & Identity Confirmation

rb444 reserves the right to verify your age and identity at any time. This verification process may require a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued document. The platform reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until verification is complete.

If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time after an identity verification request, the account may be suspended temporarily or permanently.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.2 Wagering Requirements

After receiving a bonus, a specified amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. This requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the original deposited funds.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account at any time, please notify the support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed and the balance returned before the account is closed (excluding bonus balance where wagering requirements have not been met).
